Set up subscription
Choose a plan, manage seats, and view your usage.
View and change your subscription
An overview of all plans and their limits can be found at powerbiagent.nl.
- Go to Organization > Billing.
- Here you can see your current plan and your used seats.
- Click Upgrade or Downgrade to switch plans.
On upgrade, the additional functionality is available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Manage seats
Each team member you invite counts as a seat. You can adjust the number of seats under Organization > Billing > Adjust seats.
- Add a seat: active immediately; you are billed pro-rata for the remaining period.
- Remove a seat: takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Want to give a user more analysis capacity? Assign them multiple extra seats. Each additional seat increases that user's monthly request quota.
View usage
Check how many analyses have been performed under Organization > Usage. You can see total usage and usage per user over the past 30 days.
Trial
New organizations start with a free trial that gives access to all Premium plan features. The remaining trial period and associated limits are shown on the portal's start page.
Cancel subscription
Go to Organization > Billing and click Manage billing. In the next screen you can cancel your subscription. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
